Conditions + Warranty

Do any of these products have defects?

Yes, a few products have slight wear and tear. For specific information, click the product and any defects will be listed under “Condition.”

What do the different Conditions listed under each product mean?

The AOS Warehouse Shop offers a diverse range of products, and each has a description of the condition that it is currently in.

 

Like New – These are items that are either freshly unboxed, nearly untouched, or barely utilized. These products exhibit pristine conditions without any discernible physical flaws, providing customers with an experience akin to acquiring brand-new items.

 

Good – These products have been gently used, showing minor signs of wear and tear that do not compromise their overall functionality or appeal. They are well-maintained and reliable options that deliver excellent value.

 

Fair – These budget-friendly products have been well-loved and lived-in. They have experienced substantial use and may exhibit noticeable wear and tear, yet remain functional and offer utility at a fraction of the cost.

Do these products come with a warranty?

Warranties on our Warehouse Shop products will vary. Any applicable warranty information will be sent to you via email upon purchase. If you would like to confirm a warranty prior to purchase, please call (504) 561.8400.

Can I visit AOS’ Showrooms and Distribution Center?

AOS Showrooms are a great place for design ideas, viewing curated products, and conversations with our knowledgeable team. Visits to any of our locations are by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling (504) 561.8400 or emailing Customer Service at warehouseshop@thinkaos.com.

Order Placement + Returns

How do I place an order online?

To begin, click “Add to cart” on any product detail page. Once you have added an item to your order you may either click “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout.”

How can I  check my order status?

You will be notified via email when your order has been received, fulfilled and delivery has been scheduled. If you are not receiving our emails or would like to confirm the status of your order prior to receiving one, please call (504) 561.8400 or email Customer Service at warehouseshop@thinkaos.com.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Can I return a product?

All sales from the Warehouse Shop are final and cannot be returned.

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you charge taxes?

AOS is required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to all US states. When placing your order, we will charge sales tax based upon the state denoted in your delivery address.

Shipping + Delivery

Do you ship orders outside of Louisiana?

Yes, please email warehouseshop@thinkaos.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.

How and when will my order be delivered?

The price of each product includes complimentary local delivery. Standard delivery will occur within 7-10 business days of order placement and assumes that the client is available to receive product during the business hours of Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Limitations in the client’s schedule may push the delivery past 7-10 business days.

 

Please note: Large or oversized furnishings and storage pieces in addition to deliveries to remote areas without highway access require additional labor and coordination. Please be aware that this may push delivery dates beyond 10 business days.

 

If you know at time of order placement that you will not be able to receive delivery as scheduled and need to delay, please call (504) 561.8400 or email Customer Service at warehouseshop@thinkaos.com.

 

Delivery includes an appointment with a 2-hour delivery window coordinated by an AOS team member, unloading of product, choice of room placement, unpacking, light assembly (up to thirty (30) minutes) and removal of all packaging materials.

 

Delivery excludes wall mounting, electrical work, structural changes, assembly of shelving and removal of non-AOS provided items.

When do storage fees apply?

We allow 10 calendar days for you to accept your order without fees, after which you’ll begin to incur daily storage fees of $10 per day, per order. After 30 days, your order will be returned back to our warehouse, and you’ll be refunded for the merchandise, less applicable return shipping costs, restocking fees and storage charges.

 

To avoid any additional charges, please work with our Customer Service team to schedule an appointment within that 10-day period. If you’ll be unavailable to accept delivery for an extended period of time, or if you have any questions, please call (504) 561.8400 or email Customer Service at warehouseshop@thinkaos.com.

Discounting + Pricing

Do you offer trade discounting on products for interior designers, architects, real estate developers and related professions?

Yes, we always offer trade discounting on new product purchases. Since all items on the Warehouse Shop are resale products, trade discounting has already been applied in addition to further markdowns.
